Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will participate in live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include rating outputs across adherence, quality, and realism, and writing concise explanations in English that point to what you saw or heard. This role offers flexible hours and remote work.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on media.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable explaining decisions in writing with evidence.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, artifacts, or misalignment.
• Write concise explanations in English pointing to observed issues.
