Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, all remotely and on your own schedule.

As you rate outputs for naturalness, usefulness and realism, you help refine prompts and model behavior. The role pays up to $15/hour, with weekly ACH/PayPal payments and flexible hours, plus access to premium AI tools.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication required.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to review AI outputs carefully.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred but not mandatory depending on project.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear outputs sound.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging alignment with prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio/video mismatches.
• Writing concise explanations in English pointing to observed issues and rationale for judgments.
• Participating in image, video, and audio evaluation tasks and providing feedback that improves model behavior.
