Outlier is seeking detail‑oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what went wrong in writing. Your evaluations help steer AI systems toward better reasoning and output.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain issues clearly.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos against prompts and judging adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely, with zoom and replay, to spot issues like artifacts, motion problems, or audio/video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing specific English explanations of findings.
