Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, remote schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looks off in writing.

This work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve in real-world use. Ideal candidates communicate clearly, pay close attention to detail, and can work independently.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Comfortable speaking and thinking on your feet in realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unusual motion, text errors, and mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explicit English explanations of observations.
