Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rate the outputs, and explain what looked off, all on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, superb written English, and comfort with natural conversational speech. Flexible hours and weekly payments are part of the role, with free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to determine which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, artifacts, or misalignment and explain findings in writing.
