Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what was off in writing, helping advance AI evaluation and feedback loops.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication for everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail, patient to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain rationally in natural language.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for issues like distorted anatomy, flicker, or mismatched audio and video.
• Write specific explanations in English detailing what you saw or heard.
