Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, rate naturalness and clarity, and explain what sounded off in writing.

Work remotely on your own schedule, with flexible hours and weekly payments. You’ll also gain free access to leading LLMs and contribute to improving how AI systems reason and respond in real-world tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios in conversation.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs for issues like distorted anatomy, flicker, or audio-video misalignment.
• Write explanations in English pointing to observed issues.
