Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and compare generated media to judge prompt adherence. Remote, flexible hours, with payments weekly via multiple methods.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-oriented, and can write concise explanations. Prior degree or above is a plus, and applicants from multiple countries—including the United States—are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to verify details.
• Comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Ability to write concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsabilités

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English and rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs for distortions, flicker, or mismatches and documenting findings in writing.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and providing a clear written explanation of observed issues.
