Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off, all on your schedule.

Ideal candidates have strong written communication, keen attention to detail, and may hold a Bachelor’s degree. Flexible hours and remote work are offered, with competitive earnings in USD per hour and additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; candidates with related experience are considered.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs for artifacts, motion issues, and audio-video mismatches and describing findings in English.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing concise explanations of observations.
