Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere with flexible hours. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off in written form.

This is a freelance, remote role with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. Responsibilities include evaluating outputs for adherence and quality, writing concise explanations, and reporting findings to help improve AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to think quickly and articulate reasoning on realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or misalignment.
• Write English explanations detailing what was observed and why.
