Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible-hours basis. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing. You will compare AI-generated images and videos, spotting issues and ensuring prompt adherence.

Contributors can work from home or while traveling, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. Rates vary by expertise and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt more accurately.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn’t match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
