Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing. Your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve.

Earn up to $15 per hour with weekly payments. Free access to leading LLMs and the ability to work from home or while traveling are provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating how natural and clear each exchange sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated image/video pairs and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a concise, evidence-based explanation in English describing observations.
