Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of remote work. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and compare images and videos to judge prompt adherence, then explain what looked or sounded off in writing.

Work on your own schedule with flexible hours, earning up to $15 per hour with potential incentives. This is a freelance, 1099 contract opportunity, open to international applicants who can work legally in

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content to identify issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews is a plus.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios naturally.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio misalignment.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English.
