Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your schedule.

Responsibilities include scoring exchanges, ranking outputs, and writing concise English explanations. Eligible applicants from multiple countries can apply; flexible hours and weekly payments are provided, with free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, able to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide when both options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from AUS, CAN, IRL, UK, USA.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging follow-the-prompt quality.
• Inspecting outputs to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flicker, or misaligned audio.
• Writing English explanations that point to observed issues.
