Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will perform live conversations with an AI voice model, compare generated images and videos, and explain what looked off, remotely and on your own schedule.

You will help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve by providing precise ratings and written feedback. Flexible hours, fully remote, with weekly payments in USD.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfort with everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each exchange sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Writing a concise explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
