Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, score outputs for naturalness and accuracy, and explain issues in writing, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates have fluent English, strong attention to detail, and experience writing concise explanations. Earn up to $18/hr with flexible hours and weekly payments; free access to leading LLMs is included.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and ability to explain observations clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail; patient and capable of replaying/zooming to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to think clearly when both options have flaws and make decisive judgments.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking outputs.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying to spot problems like artifacts and misalignment.
• Writing a precise English explanation that points to what was seen or heard.
