Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rank outputs by how well they follow prompts, and describe in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear, natural everyday speech.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and providing written explanations of what was observed.
