Job summary

Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain in writing what looked off, remotely and on your own schedule.

We offer flexible, remote work with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. Earn up to $18 USD/hr, with additional incentive opportunities through Missions and surge pricing.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming/replaying) to spot issues like AI artifacts, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Writing a concise explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
