Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or above is nice to have.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted visuals, flickering, or audio-text mismatches.
• Write a concise English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard, describing the issues.
