Placements24 is seeking a Remote AI Ethics & Governance Lead to define our ethics principles and governance framework for AI across the organization.

You will conduct AI ethics impact assessments, bias audits, and monitor evolving regulations, collaborating with legal, engineering, product, and research teams to embed ethical considerations throughout the AI lifecycle.

This role offers global scope, remote-first flexibility, and the opportunity to shape responsible innovation at scale.

Competenze

• Advanced degree in a relevant field and significant AI ethics experience.
• Proven ability to develop ethical frameworks, policies, and governance structures.
• Knowledge of AI, data privacy laws, and global regulations (GDPR, AI Acts).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead initiatives remotely in a global setting.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive AI ethics strategy and governance framework.
• Define ethical principles, guidelines, and best practices for AI development and deployment.
• Conduct AI ethics impact assessments and bias audits for new and existing AI systems.
