Security Atlas AI seeks a Governance & Compliance Specialist to strengthen our AI evaluation framework. You will map platform controls to global governance standards and help ensure our methodology stays aligned with evolving regulatory requirements.

This remote-first role offers equity, a learning budget, and high ownership on product and strategy. You will monitor AI regulation, support enterprise customers, and work with leadership to shape the future of responsible AI governance.

Qualifications

• Background in governance, risk management, or compliance.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Ability to translate regulatory guidance into operational frameworks.
• English is the primary working language and proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of the AI governance evaluation framework.
• Monitor developments in AI regulation and governance standards.
• Map platform controls to governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO).
• Support development of governance documentation and methodologies.
• Provide domain expertise supporting enterprise customers.
