Job summary

Navitus is seeking an Architect, Enterprise AI to design and govern the organization's AI architecture, including generative and agentic AI capabilities. You will partner with architecture, platform, data, and product teams to define scalable reference architectures and governance frameworks ensuring secure and compliant AI adoption.

The role focuses on AI platforms, model orchestration, and integration across enterprise systems, with a strong emphasis on Responsible AI and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in software development or architecture, with >=5 years in AI/ML.
• Experience defining enterprise AI architecture patterns, including model integration and orchestration.
• Experience establishing AI governance frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• Experience defining AI platform strategies and integration patterns.
• Experience with AI operations (MLOps/LLMOps) including deployment and monitoring.
• Experience addressing AI security, privacy, and cost management considerations.
• Collaboration with enterprise teams to enable AI adoption and guide solution architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise AI architecture strategy across AI/generative capabilities.
• Establish AI architecture patterns, including design standards for generative AI and agentic workflows.
• Develop and implement AI governance frameworks for responsible and compliant use.
• Define AI platform strategy and evaluation of LLM providers and tooling.
• Create AI integration patterns with enterprise platforms, APIs, and cloud services.
• Define Agentic AI architectural patterns including workflow orchestration and memory management.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible AI practices and regulatory requirements.
• Define AI operations standards (MLOps/LLMOps) for deployment and monitoring.
• Address AI security, privacy, and cost management considerations.
