Job summary

Navitus is seeking an Architect, Enterprise AI to design, govern, and advance the company’s AI architecture strategy. The role partners across Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, and Product teams to define scalable AI patterns, governance, and secure, compliant use of AI technologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development or architecture, with 5+ years in AI/ML.
• Define enterprise AI architecture patterns including model integration and orchestration.
• Establish AI governance, regulatory compliance, and guardrails for safe AI adoption.
• Define AI platform strategy and evaluate LLM providers and tooling.
• AI integration with enterprise platforms, APIs, data platforms, and cloud services.
• Implement/guidance for ML/LLMOps including deployment, monitoring, lifecycle management.
• Address AI security, privacy, and cost management considerations.
• Collaborate with EA, engineering, data, and product teams to enable enterprise AI adoption.
• Interview end-users for insight on functionality and usability.
• Proficiency in C#, React, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise AI architecture strategy and reference architectures.
• Establish AI design standards for generative AI and agentic workflows.
• Develop AI governance frameworks and guardrails for compliance.
• Define platform strategy and select AI platforms and orchestration frameworks.
• Create AI integration patterns with enterprise systems and cloud services.
• Establish agentic AI architectural patterns including human-in-the-loop capabilities.
• Ensure Responsible AI and regulatory compliance across the enterprise.
• Oversee AI operations controls, lifecycle, and monitoring practices.
• Collaborate across teams to drive enterprise AI adoption.
