Patra Corporation is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead 2-4 engineering teams, guiding Team Leads and engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality AI-enabled solutions for the insurance domain. You will partner with Product Management, Architecture, and Infrastructure to align on strategy and execution.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical contribution when needed, strong mentoring, and driving engineering excellence across distributed systems and cloud-native environments.

Competenze

• Undergraduate degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years in software engineering, preferably in regulated industries like insurance.
• 5+ years leading and growing engineering teams, including direct management of Engineering Team Leads.
• Experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency with React, Express.js, and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and secure software practices.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Act as a hands-on technical contributor when needed, including architecture reviews and high-impact tasks.
