Job summary

Cedars-Sinai is seeking an Ai Engineer (Rev Cycle Data Intelligence Analyst) to translate end-user needs into data-driven healthcare insights. You will build reports, dashboards, and data sets, support enterprise data intelligence projects, and collaborate with vendors and EIS teams to deliver secure, high-impact analytics for hospital and professional billing.

The role requires strong SQL, Python or R, experience with Epic Clarity reporting, and a Bachelor's in Computer Science or related

Qualifications

3+ years of SQL experience and proficiency with Python, R, Oracle, and PowerBI.
1+ year of Epic hospital and professional billing modules; experience with Epic Clarity reports preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Epic HB/PB certification is a plus; SQL Server certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide expertise to build, validate, and operationalize AI and analytics in a secure healthcare environment.
Support revenue cycle analytics for hospital and professional billing.
Develop reports, dashboards, and data sets; handle ad-hoc requests.
Lead data analysis to inform decisions and improve performance.
Collaborate with vendors and the EIS team to deliver data-driven solutions and governance.
Participate in strategy discussions and contribute to complex project requirements.
Serve as primary contact for vendor support on large, complex projects and testing initiatives.
