Cedars-Sinai is seeking an Ai Engineer (Rev Cycle Data Intelligence Analyst) to convert business needs into data requirements, develop reports and dashboards, and deliver enterprise analytics in a secure healthcare setting.

You will support hospital and professional billing analytics, advance predictive analytics, NLP, automation, and anomaly detection while guiding QA with vendors and teams across the health system.

Formación

• Three+ years’ experience with SQL and a range of query tools (Python, R, Oracle, PowerBI).
• 1+ year experience with hospital and professional billing modules in Epic.
• Epic Clarity reports development experience preferred (HB/PB).
• Hands-on reporting analysis and custom report development.
• Familiarity with hospital databases and healthcare data warehouses.
• Experience analyzing Clarity Reporting Workbench and Radar requests.
• Strong understanding of healthcare applications and patient care priorities.
• Proficient in Reporting Workbench and Radar concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Translate end-user needs into data requirements, definitions, and data quality rules for enterprise analytics.
• Create specifications for reports and analysis; produce data sets, dashboards, and ad-hoc requests.
• Build, validate, and operationalize AI and analytics solutions in a secure healthcare environment.
• Support revenue cycle hospital and professional billing analytics; accelerate analytics delivery.
• Lead testing initiatives and provide guidance on QA with internal teams and vendors.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and external vendors on complex projects.
