Job summary

Cedars-Sinai is seeking an Ai Engineer (Rev Cycle Data Intelligence Analyst) to translate end-user requests into data-driven solutions. You will design specifications for reports and analyses, produce datasets, dashboards, and ad-hoc queries to support enterprise data intelligence.

You will collaborate with clinical and financial teams to accelerate predictive analytics, NLP, automation, and self-service insights while ensuring data quality and security in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of SQL experience in enterprise data environments.
• Experience with query tools such as Python, R, Oracle, Microsoft SQL, and Power BI.
• One or more years of experience with hospital billing and professional billing modules in Epic.
• Epic Certification and SQL Server Certification are preferred.
• Experience developing Epic Clarity reports and familiarity with Reporting Workbench and Radar builds.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data, patient care workflows, and data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements, data definitions, business rules, and data quality for enterprise data intelligence projects.
• Create reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses to support revenue cycle analytics.
• Conduct data analysis to accelerate predictive analytics, NLP, automation, and anomaly detection.
• Lead testing, QA, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams on data solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and guide stakeholders through implementation.
