Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience with SQL and a range of query tools (Python, R, Oracle, PowerBI).
• 1+ years of experience with hospital billing modules in Epic.
• Epic Clarity HB/PB reporting experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with reporting analysis and custom reports.
• Familiarity with hospital data warehousing and clinical/administrative data.

Responsibilities

• Build, validate, and operationalize AI and analytics solutions in a secure healthcare environment.
• Support revenue cycle analytics for hospital and professional billing needs.
• Deliver predictive analytics, NLP, automation, and self-service analytics to speed insights.
• Triages data requests and clarifies business needs for solutions.
• Provide data analysis, patterns, and trends to decision-makers with vendors and teams.
• Participate in re-engineering workflows with end-users and owners.
• Understand Epic migration paths, change control, and ticket management.
• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder analysis for complex projects.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor support and issue resolution on large projects.
• Guide QA and testing initiatives across analytics initiatives.
