Job summary

Cedars-Sinai in Minnesota is seeking an Ai Engineer (Rev Cycle Data Intelligence Analyst) to translate complex business needs into data definitions, rules, and reports. You will produce datasets, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses to support enterprise data intelligence initiatives in a secure healthcare environment.

You will apply SQL, Python, R, and Epic Clarity reporting skills to analyze billing data, with experience in hospital and professional billing modules.

Qualifications

• Three (3) plus years’ experience with SQL and a range of query tools (Python, R, Oracle, Microsoft SQL, PowerBI).
• One (1) plus years of experience with hospital billing and professional billing modules in Epic.
• Epic Clarity (HB and/or PB) reports development preferred.
• Hands-on experience performing reporting analysis and developing custom reports.
• Familiarity with healthcare databases, administrative hospital apps, and data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise to build, validate, and operationalize AI and analytics in a secure healthcare environment.
• Support revenue cycle analytics for hospital and professional billing needs.
• Accelerate predictive analytics, NLP, automation, and self-service insights to speed decision making.
• Lead and triage data requests, interpret business needs, and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on data quality and testing initiatives.
