The role focuses on predictive analytics, NLP, automation, and self-service analytics to improve decision speed across the organization, with emphasis on hospital and professional billing analytics and Epic reporting. Remote? approval varies by state.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with SQL and proficiency with Python, R, Oracle, MS SQL, PowerBI.
• 1+ year experience with hospital and professional billing modules in Epic.
• Epic Clarity HB/PB reports development preferred.
• Hands-on experience with reporting analysis and developing custom reports.
• Familiarity with databases used in patient care, hospital admin apps, and data warehousing.
• Experience analyzing Clarity reports, Reporting Workbench, and Radar requests.
• Healthcare applications knowledge and understanding of patient care priorities.
• Technical proficiency in Reporting Workbench and Radar concepts.

Responsibilities

• Detail moderately to sophisticated business requirements, data definitions, and data quality for analytics projects.
• Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business/clinical needs and data elements.
• Produce data sets, reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc requests; conduct data analysis for analytic solutions.
• Provide expertise to build, validate, and operationalize AI and analytics solutions in a healthcare environment.
• Support revenue cycle analytics for hospital and professional billing needs.
• Accelerate delivery of predictive analytics, NLP, automation, anomaly detection, and self-service intelligence.
• Lead process mapping, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder analysis for complex projects.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor support and external partners; coordinate with EIS team.
