Qualifications

• Three or more years’ experience with SQL and related query tools.
• Experience with Epic hospital billing modules and Clarity reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• Experience with Reporting Workbench and Radar.
• Knowledge of data warehousing in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Define and analyze complex business requirements and translate into data solutions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support revenue cycle initiatives.
• Lead data quality efforts and validate data accuracy for enterprise intelligence projects.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on testing and deployment of analytics solutions.
• Provide guidance on QA/testing and educate team members on reporting concepts.
