Portless is seeking an AI Engineer (Portless) to design, build and deploy intelligent systems that automate and optimise supply-chain operations at scale. This remote North America role offers a full-time engagement with a strong focus on AI-powered features.

You will work across data, training, deployment, and monitoring, collaborating with product and engineering teams to ship production-ready models and improve performance in real-world settings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of AI/ML engineering experience.
• Strong Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience deploying models to production.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI/ML models for logistics and e-commerce use cases.
• Work with LLMs, computer vision and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ship AI-powered features.
• Own the full ML lifecycle: data, training, evaluation, deployment.
• Monitor and improve model performance in production.
