Qualifications

• Hands-on AI/ML engineering with an enterprise focus.
• Experience deploying RAG pipelines and vector DBs.
• Proficiency with Python for AI apps and data pipelines.
• Azure AI services and Docker in secure cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and rapid POCs.
• HIPAA knowledge and healthcare compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered apps using enterprise LLMs.
• Architect RAG systems grounded in proprietary data with compliance.
• Own the development lifecycle from ideation to production deployment.
• Research agentic AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or Copilot Studio.
• Deploy AI services in Azure-based private clouds with secure configs.
• Evaluate models for performance, cost, latency and safety.
• Implement AIOps and MLOps, including CI/CD and monitoring.
