Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered healthcare solutions for the PACE program. You will work remotely with enterprise LLMs, developing RAG pipelines and agentic workflows, prioritizing privacy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of hands-on AI/ML engineering or related software development.
• Experience designing and deploying RAG pipelines with vector databases.
• Experience with commercial LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and context management.
• Proficiency in Python for AI applications and data pipelines.
• Experience with Azure AI services and secure cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications using enterprise LLMs.
• Architect and implement RAG systems grounded in proprietary data.
• Own the development lifecycle from ideation to production deployment.
• Research agentic AI workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, or Copilot Studio.
• Deploy AI services in Azure-based private clouds with secure configurations.
• Evaluate models for performance, cost, latency and compliance.
• Implement AIOps and MLOps practices including CI/CD.
• Stay current with emerging AI tools and provide improvements.
• Communicate with team on workload and priorities.
• Complete mandated trainings and health screenings as required.
