Job summary

Stack AI seeks an experienced engineer to deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions, focusing on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and large language model (LLM) workflows within healthcare. You will work with payer/provider accounts, integrating with EHRs, claims workflows, ensuring PHI is handled securely.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data science, software development, solutions engineering, or generative AI.
• Experience with healthcare enterprise accounts, preferably payer/provider.
• Familiarity with PHI and HIPAA in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and support AI solutions within strategic healthcare accounts on the Stack AI platform.
• Design and deploy AI workflows for claims processing, prior authorization, and clinical documentation.
• Help with EHR integrations, healthcare data systems, APIs, and enterprise tools.
• Write proposals, pitch stakeholders, and lead product demos.
