We operate fully remotely with the flexibility to work part-time (min 4 days/week) and pursue greenfield projects. Join a collaborative environment that values device-agnostic, robust AI deployments.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in AI/ML development from PoC to production.
• Must have 5+ years building Python applications.
• Must have 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles with familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph and RAG.
• Fluent English (C1) communication is required.
• Excellent communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design AI solution & system architecture.
• Develop and deploy AI applications e.g. conversational agents, classification and automation systems.
• Build, maintain and troubleshoot data and NLP pipelines.
• Act as trusted advisor: translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Support technical presales: solution design, implementation approach and delivery plan.
