Job summary

Eliza Solutions Corp. is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to partner with clients, translating complex business needs into scalable AI solutions. You will embed with client teams, shape architectures, and drive production deployments, balancing consulting and engineering.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in software engineering and hands‑on ML/AI delivery, with experience on cloud platforms and CI/CD. Remote work is supported across the United States.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in full‑stack or backend‑focused roles.
• Hands‑on experience delivering real‑world ML/AI projects, either independently or with data science teams.
• Comfort with modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere), vector search, or prompt engineering.
• Prior consulting, professional services, or customer‑facing technical roles.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, Weights & Biases, SageMaker).
• Knowledge of common enterprise security, data privacy, and compliance constraints.

Responsibilities

• Client‑Facing Solution Delivery: understand requirements, design, and implement AI systems on client projects.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: work with product, design, and research to reuse components and frameworks.
• Technical Advisory & Enablement: conduct workshops, create docs, and guide customers on AI/ML best practices.
• Infrastructure decisions: advise on cloud, security, and scalable deployment.
