Job summary

Capital One Shopping is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI Enablement – Analytics, Remote-Eligible. You will own an agentic analytics platform, work with enterprise data requirements, and define trusted data definitions. Expect leadership across AI-driven data products and a strong emphasis on prototyping with AI tools.

You'll collaborate with platform engineers and senior stakeholders to shape the data strategy and ensure outputs are trusted by diverse teams across Shopping.

Qualifications

• Deep experience with enterprise data definition and governance (semantic/metrics layers, catalogs, ontologies)
• Experience across modern data stack tools (dbt, LookML, Snowflake, Databricks, Palantir Foundry, Looker, Mode)
• Familiarity with AI agents over structured data (text-to-SQL, tooling, evals)
• Judication of metric disputes and making decisions stick
• Hands-on prototyping in tools rather than relying on others to run them
• Comfort with backend platform products for diverse users and trusted outputs
• Strategic thinking to create vision and present to executives
• Strong communication to drive consensus and clear messaging
• Ability to work with minimal direction in evolving mandate
• Experience handling large data files using SQL, Python, and/or R

Responsibilities

• Partner with platform engineers to build and operate AI products, starting with an agentic analytics platform
• Understand enterprise data requirements and ensure compliance with patterns
• Define what the system needs to know to be trusted (data, definitions, context)
• Set boundaries for agent capabilities and prove boundaries hold
