Job summary

Capital One Shopping is seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep data platform experience to own an agentic analytics platform and advance AI enablement across the team.

You'll prototype with AI tools, govern enterprise data definitions, and partner with platform engineers and senior leaders to craft a trusted, scalable data-driven product strategy for cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Deep experience with enterprise data governance and semantic layers.
• Familiarity with modern data stack tools (dbt, LookML, Snowflake, Databricks, Looker).
• Experience with AI agents on structured data and text-to-SQL.
• Proven ability to adjudicate metric disputes and enforce decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with platform engineers to build and operate AI products, starting with an agentic analytics platform.
• Understand enterprise data requirements and ensure compliance with enterprise patterns.
• Define what system needs to know to be trusted (the data, the definitions, the context behind both).
• Set the boundaries for what agents can and can't do, and prove those boundaries hold in.
