Job summary

Capital One Shopping is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI Enablement - Analytics to own an agentic analytics platform. Join a data-driven team that uses AI to create innovative customer experiences and scalable analytics capabilities.

You will partner with platform engineers, shape data requirements, and define trust criteria for AI agents, driving cross-functional impact across Shopping’s AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Deep experience with enterprise data governance and semantic/metrics layers.
• Experience with modern data stack tools (dbt, LookML, Snowflake, Databricks, Looker, Mode).
• Familiarity with AI agents working over structured data (text-to-SQL, tool use, evals).
• Experience adjudicating metric disputes and driving decisions.
• Builder mindset—prototyping in tools rather than relying on others.

Responsibilities

• Partner with platform engineers to build and operate AI products, starting with an agentic analytics platform.
• Understand data requirements and ensure compliance with enterprise patterns.
• Define what systems need to know to be trusted (data, definitions, context).
• Set boundaries for agent capabilities and verify boundaries hold.
