Job summary

Capital One Shopping is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI Enablement focusing on analytics. You will own an agentic analytics platform and collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and scale AI-driven insights.

Ideal candidates have deep data platform experience, familiarity with the modern data stack, and a track record leading cross-functional initiatives. This remote-eligible role offers the chance to influence platform strategy across Shopping and Capital One's data platforms.

Qualifications

Extensive experience with enterprise data platforms and governance.
Proficient with SQL, Python, and R for data manipulation.
Experience with AI-enabled analytics and agentic platforms.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and present to executives.

Responsibilities

Partner with platform engineers to build and operate AI products that teams across Shopping depend on, starting with an agentic analytics platform.
Understand the enterprise data requirements and ensure the system's compliance with enterprise patterns.
Define what a system needs to know to be trusted (the data, the definitions, the context behind both).
Set the boundaries for what agents can and can't do, and prove those boundaries hold in.
