Job summary

Amplify is hiring a project manager to keep cross-functional work moving and build the AI systems that run it. You’ll own delivery across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Leadership, and design agents that reduce manual coordination.

The role supports a global, small team with ownership and impact. Work from anywhere, requiring UK business hours with some overlap with US hours where needed, expanding our ability to automate healthcare document flows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing complex, concurrent projects in a SaaS environment.
• Built AI tools, agents or automations that are used by others.
• Ability to explain how agents work, data sources, and growth processes.
• Checks on AI outputs before reliance and strong documentation habits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple cross-functional projects from plan to closure.
• Own dependencies, critical path, and RAID log to surface risks early.
• Push back on timelines and propose workable plans.
• Build AI tools, agents and automations used across the company.
• Decide when to use an agent, automation, or a script and provide weekly leadership updates.
