Job summary

Amplify is seeking an AI-enabled Project Manager (Remote) to drive delivery across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Leadership. You will own dependencies, plan-to-closure execution, and build AI tools and automations used by teams.

The role requires aligning to UK business hours with some overlap with US hours, in a small, global team that values ownership and impact. You will lead multiple cross-functional initiatives, design efficient workflows, and ensure timely status updates

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing complex, concurrent SaaS projects.
• Built AI tools, agents or automations used by others.
• Ability to explain how agents work: data flows, resp. actions, and limitations.
• Habit of checking AI outputs before use.
• Strong RAID, dependency and stakeholder management.
• Clear SOPs, notes and trackers are kept up to date.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple cross-functional projects from plan to closure.
• Own dependencies, critical path, and RAID log to surface risks early.
• Push back on unrealistic timelines and propose workable plans.
• Build AI tools, agents and automations used across the company.
• Decide when to use an agent, automation, or script.
• Provide leadership with a clear weekly update view.

We are looking for an AI-enabled Project Manager (Remote)

Amplify is hiring a project manager to keep cross-functional work moving and build the AI systems that run it. You’ll own delivery across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Leadership. You’ll also design and build the agents and automations that take manual coordination off everyone’s plate.

A bit about us: We’re at an exciting point in our growth as we launch Amplify. Work from anywhere, this role just needs UK business hours, with some overlap with US hours when needed. We’re a small, dynamic, global team, which means real ownership, real impact, and room to grow as we build.

What you’ll actually be doing:

• Running several cross-functional projects at once, from plan to closure
• Owning dependencies, the critical path and the RAID log, so risks surface early
• Pushing back on unrealistic timelines and offering a plan that works
• Building AI tools, agents and automations that people across the company use
• Deciding when something needs an agent, a plain automation or a script
• Giving leadership a clear weekly view so nobody has to chase an update

You might be a fit if you have:

• 3+ years managing complex, concurrent projects, including PM work at a SaaS company
• Built several AI tools, agents or automations yourself that other people use, and you can show us
• The ability to explain how your agents work: where the information lives, what happens as it grows, and when not to use one
• A habit of checking what AI produces before anyone relies on it
• Strong RAID, dependency and stakeholder management
• Clear documentation habits: SOPs, notes and trackers people actually use
• Bonus: Claude Code, Lovable or Replit, plus Zapier, Make or n8n, and CRM or revenue-team tools
