Job summary

CSols Inc. is seeking a remote Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Western and Central US.

You will act as a strategic consultant, identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and positioning CSols as a premier provider of laboratory informatics solutions including LIMS, ELN, and analytics. You will work directly with the VP of Sales and cross-functional teams to translate complex needs into successful partnerships, while leveraging CSols's AI-enabled offerings

Qualifications

5–10 years of proven success in business development or technical sales in laboratory informatics or scientific consulting.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; science background is a plus.
Familiarity with laboratory informatics (LIMS, ELN, CDS, analytics) preferred.
Comfort discussing AI/data trends and translating technical needs into business value.

Responsibilities

Territory management across the Western/Central US, driving prospecting and closing high-value service contracts.
Engage with laboratory directors, IT leaders, and QA executives to understand informatics pain points.
Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline through targeted outreach and networking.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure feasible and tailored solutions.
Position CSols's AI-enablement offerings and translate tech capabilities into measurable business value.
Monitor market trends across life sciences, chemicals, and food & beverage sectors to position CSols against competitors.
