Job summary

HH Global Group collaborates with a global tech leader to build an embedded, always-on SCP studio for Direct Response marketing performance. The role focuses on AI-first creative concepts using 1P generative tools to accelerate multi-market localization and fast iteration.

The Creative Strategist will partner with the art director to deliver coherent direction, pitch AI-driven ideas to stakeholders, and supervise multi-market campaigns under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of creative strategy experience with hands-on AI tooling.
• Proven track record delivering Direct Response campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong copywriting across marketing channels.
• Ability to translate business goals into an AI-first creative strategy.
• Comfort presenting to global stakeholders and creative teams.
• Experience working in distributed/global teams.
• Proficiency with Google 1P AI tools and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Distill briefs into AI-first creative strategies scalable for global deployment.
• Define AI-first creative strategy and align design teams for multi-market adaptation.
• Pitch AI-driven concepts to stakeholders and present frameworks to cross-functional teams.
• Lead and coach team members on multi-market campaigns.
• Ensure outputs meet global brand standards and DR goals.
• Manage multiple strategy initiatives from concept to production under tight deadlines.
