• 4+ years of underwriting experience in underwriting, underwriting operations, insurance product, consulting, or related business function
• 2+ years in underwriting workflows: risk evaluation, decision-making, or supporting underwriting professionals
• 2+ years translating business problems into workflow, product, process, or technology opportunities
• Experience working cross-functionally with business, product, and technology teams to evaluate solution options and feasibility
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure ambiguous problems and synthesize information
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to align diverse stakeholders
• Curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technologies and their application to underwriting workflows
• Willing to travel up to 10%
