You will partner with underwriting, product, and technology teams to translate business challenges into actionable concepts and assess feasibility for innovative capabilities. Remote work allowed nationwide with in-office requirement in Minneapolis or Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

4+ years of underwriting experience in insurance or related function.
2+ years of experience in underwriting workflows and decision-making.
2+ years translating business problems into workflow or technology opportunities.
Experience working cross-functionally with business, product, and tech teams.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Curiosity about AI and automation in underwriting workflows.
Willing to travel up to 10%
