Job summary

Zscaler, NASDAQ: ZS, is seeking a Detection Analyst for a Remote (USA Only) role. You will analyze EDR telemetry across endpoint, identity, network, and cloud to identify threats and publish them to Managed Detection and Response customers.

You will drive projects to improve workflows through orchestration and automation, delivering high-fidelity threat analysis and concise communications at scale for our customers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools to augment workflows.
• Strong experience in Endpoint Detection (EDR) and at least one detection domain (Cloud/SaaS, Identity, Email, or Network).
• Experience with query languages like SQL or Lucene to analyze telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Analyze EDR telemetry, alerts, and logs across detection domains (Endpoint, Identity, Network, Cloud).
• Publish threats for customers with concise, actionable remediation context.
• Improve Detection Operations workflow through orchestration and automation for high telemetry volumes.
