Zscaler seeks a Senior Detection Analyst for a remote role based in Costa Rica. You will analyze telemetry across Endpoint, Identity, Network, and Cloud domains to publish threats for Managed Detection and Response customers.

Lead projects to automate Detection Operations and deliver high‑fidelity threat analyses at scale. Ideal candidates have AI/ML familiarity, strong EDR/Cloud experience, scripting skills, and solid communication abilities to translate complex findings into clear guidance for

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and AI‑driven solutions.
• Strong experience in Endpoint (EDR) and Cloud/SaaS or Identity/Email/Network detection.
• Experience with DevOps and scripting languages (Python, Ruby, PowerShell).
• Proficiency with query languages like SQL or Lucene.
• Awareness of current attack landscape and threat techniques.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze telemetry, alerts, and logs across detection domains (Endpoint, Identity, Network, Cloud).
• Publish threats and provide concise remediation context for MDR customers.
• Improve Detection Operations workflows via orchestration and automation.
