Zscaler, a leader in secure access, seeks a Detection Analyst for a Remote (USA Only) role reporting to the Detection Analyst Manager. You will analyze EDR telemetry, alerts, and log sources across Endpoint, Identity, Network, and Cloud to identify and publish threats for Managed Detection and Response customers.

You will drive workflow improvements through orchestration and automation, delivering high‑fidelity threat analysis and concise, actionable communication at scale to protect customers

Qualifications

• Experience with AI-driven tools or automated workflows to accelerate threat detection.
• Strong experience in Endpoint (EDR) and detection domains such as Cloud/SaaS, Identity, Email, or Network.
• Proficiency with query languages and syntax across EDR or security platforms (SQL or Lucene).

Responsibilities

• Analyze EDR telemetry, alerts, and logs across Endpoint, Identity, Network, and Cloud/SaaS.
• Publish threats for customers with concise, actionable communication and remediation context.
• Improve Detection Operations workflows through orchestration and automation for high telemetry volumes.
